Silverlites - Silverlites (Full Album) 2024. Silverlites are the supergroup, formed in 2019, by Peter Buck (R.E.M.), Rich Robinson (Black Crowes), Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees) and singer-songwriter Joseph Arthur, lead vocals of the band. The work named after the project is very pleasant, of course well recorded and arranged, partly acoustic but with some elegant splashes of electricity. Support the artist by buying the record.

Anna B Savage - You & I Are Earth (Full Album) 2025. A sense of rootedness is at the heart of Anna B Savage’s third record You and i are Earth, a record that is as much about healing as it is an unbowed sense of curiosity, and, more simply, “a love letter to a man and to Ireland.” Following on from her critically acclaimed records A Common Turn and in|FLUX, You and i are Earth manages to convey a sense of intimacy, while also being open-ended. Gentleness is as radiant a touchstone on the record as earthiness, something that Savage attributes to the place she finds herself at present, both geographically and emotionally. And quite literally the record bears witness to a particular piece of earth - Ireland, and Savage’s relationship to it as her new home. In early 2024, Lucinda Williams and her band went to London to record a new album dedicated to the Fab Four: Lucinda Williams Sings The Beatles From Abbey Road. The covers do not differ much from the original but they are fed by a rock arrangement and the interpretation of the singer-songwriter from Lake Charles, Louisiana, always personal. Doug Pettibone’s guitar is always present in the songs, accompanied by a Hammond. Fantastic version of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", with a superb interweave between Doug and Marc Ford. The Fabulous Thunderbirds - Struck Down (Full Album) 2024. The Fabulous Thunderbirds from Austin, Texas, has made a new work, Struck Down, Grammy nomination 2025 for the best traditional blues album. Formed in 1974, Kim Wilson, singer and harmonica player, is the only musician present from the first line-up, nevertheless the band, in which also played Jimmie Vaughan and Duke Robillard, still shows the old glossy polish. Struck down is a record full of interesting ideas and rich in great guests like Billy Gibbons, Bonnie Raitt, Mick Fleetwood, Taj Mahal and Keb' Mo'. In 2005, Duke recorded a session that was not published. After almost twenty years, he retakes the nine tracks of the set, expanding it with other songs: there are four original and eight covers, all masterfully executed.
